Structure features
Gluing Roller surface is with treatment of hardening and tempering and then inner core processing. The precise grinding of dynamic balance on the surface is also curved 25 lines of concave type cobwebbing. It can ensure the uniform and less glue.
Glue roller rotation is controlled by frequency conversion motor and inverter, the inverter control to ensure that the glue roller speed synchronization with double-sided machine, can operate independently.

ZQ Steam System
Features
Transferring heat energy for various heat equipment in production line, maintain the stability of operating temperature.
Each unit is designed to be independent small unit steam supplying system with section temperature control to save energy and easy to adjust.
By adjusting the steam pressure to control the working temperature, and is equipped with pressure monitoring dial.
Hydrophobic units in each group have emptying bypass, it cools rapidly when stops production.
Floating ball drain valve, 1/2 metal hose and the ball valve connect the bypass, plunger valve.
The metal hose flexibly connects the pipe system and rotating heating unit to extend the lifetime of the rotating joint.
All steam tubes adopt the seamless steel tube to ensure the safety under the normal pressure.
